A DAO doesn’t replace any of the work of understanding what customers are willing to buy and making product development decisions.
In most cases for legal products a central server costs a lot less to get the same computational power. The added complexity that the DAO provides makes no sense for most startups.

But an AI possibly can. The DAO would be just a way to redistribute the ownership of the whole “AI + robot factory” complex. It’s not the AI that is distributed along the blockchain, it’s the company modus operandi.

If there’s GAI that might make the decisions that enterpreneur’s make. Currently that’s not on the horizon.
I believe that coordinating a series of specialized AIs could do the job, but until I write down a model I cannot go beyond a mere statement / hope.
