Is there a site that can help me estimate my background chance of death (per hour? per day?) from sitting at home, rather than my average chance of death from normal activity? Especially for relatively safe activities like walking to the park, it seems a bit odd to add on a fee for risk based on an average background chance of death—I would think that walking to the park carries no more than an average risk relative to my other daily activities.
