“Risk-affine” is a somewhat confusing term, since an affine utility function is risk-neutral; “risk-affine” means you have an affinity for risk, not that your utility function is affine. I don’t suppose there’s an alternative, less confusing term?
“Risk-loving” is one I’ve heard. I think “affine” is a bit prettier because of the first letter symmetry with “averse,” but understanding is more important. I’ll edit the post.

I’ve always heard “risk-seeking” as the counterpart to “risk-averse.”
