My goal in donating would be to first ensure the survival of all promising organizations (make sure they have enough funding to stay around) and then try to buy information from promising organizations as much as I can.
This sounds like a goal for a wealthy philanthropist. For those of us who don’t have enough money to ensure the survival of even one promising organization, but can only make a marginal impact, what do you recommend?
I’m by no means wealthy myself (I’m a student!), but one could pool resources with other people. Even if you don’t have enough resources to ensure the survival of a promising organization, you might still be able to help buy information.
