I thought you meant spiritual as in “Find something more important than you are and dedicate your life to it.” did I misinterpret?

It seems to me that a reasonable improvement for the next survey would be to lower the ambiguity of these categories.
I think you are entitled to make up your own interpretation of a question like that :) Yours is a reasonable one IMO.
