I understand SingU is not SIAI, but there is some affiliation and I hope someone speaks up for them.
Seconded. I think SingU is stupid, but whatever its faults, that isn’t one of them, and it would be bad if this image spilled onto SIAI.
I’m kind of upset too, because I was just reading Jaron Lanier’s recent book, which is the biggest dose of sanity I’ve seen on issues I care about in a long time.
