I heard this from Anthony Robbins, this quote is attributed to Einstein in some of his literature. It seems that the sentiment, if not the exact quote, seem to be attributable to Einstein

Well, it’s unsurprising that misattributed quotes are more often attributed to famous people than to unknown people.
