I am not sure if this is a reasonable request. It is impossible to talk about experiences (not to mention anticipation :) ) without accessing higher levels of some reductionist hierarchy. I am interested in the emergence of the thermodynamic arrow of time from more basic notions. I leave to other reductionists the task to reduce the notion of experience to the more basic notion of information processing in a space-time continuum. People like Dennett and Minsky had spectacular successes in this other task.
