I just started keeping a journal/planner about a week ago. I found that I constantly forgot when I had an appointment or place to be, so I started using my phone (built in apps) to track where I need to be and what I need to do. In addition to that, I downloaded an app that allows me to take photos/mark where I’ve been, but keep the information private.
Personally, I found that it has improved my mood and lowered stress levels. (Though your mileage may vary.)
