Today at work, for the first time, LessWrong.com got classified as “Restricted:Illegal Drugs” under eSafe. I don’t know what set that off. It means I can’t see it from work (at least, not the current one).
How do we fix it, so I don’t have to start sending off resumes?
I went to the eSafe site and while looking up what the “illegal drugs” classification meant, submitted a request for them to change their status for LessWrong.com. A pop-up window told me they’d look into it.
You can check (and then apply to modify) the status of LessWrong here.
Yes, that is what did it because I had chosen the category, “Blogs / Bulletin Boards” whether that is the most appropriate category or not. They have a fast response time!
That may have been my fault. I mentioned that I used to have drug problems and mentioned specific drugs in one thread, so that may have set off the filters. I apologize if this is the case. The discussion about this went on for a day or two (involving maybe six comments).
I do hope that is not the problem, but I will avoid such topics in the future to avoid any such issues.
No… I would really like to have one, although currently would not know what to put on it.
I know that when I click on my name, rather than taking me to a page, like the ones I see for other members, I see a banner that reads “No such page exists”

Thanks! I did as you suggested, and it seems to have been removed from that category, since I can access LW from work now. :-)
Ahem, back to analyzing aircraft...

I doubt it, all of the words you used (name brands of prescription drugs) were used elsewhere, often occurring in clusters just as in your thread.
By the way, do you have any idea why you don’t have an overview page?

Wow, that’s crazy—have you filed a bug?
Sorry for appearing dense… But, how would I go about filing a bug?
To whom would I file a bug?
Usually that sort of thing filters proxy servers too, but I’ve found that Google Web Transcode usually isn’t blocked.
Of course it strips stylesheets (and optionally images), but I usually consider that a feature.
