I’m not entirely opposed to the idea. 6 billion is enough for now. Make more when we expand and distance makes it infeasible to concentrate neg-entropy on the available individuals. This is quite different from the Robin-Hanson ‘make as many humans as physically possible and have them living in squalor’ (exaggerated) position but probably also in in complete dissagreement with arguments used for Anti-natalism.
