This reasoning leads me firmly into the illusionist camp. We have systematically excluded all ways in which consciousness could plausibly exist or even have evolved.

The existence of experience is a knock-down refutation of illusionism as conclusive as the refutations of all the other ideas. One could equally well discuss all of the N ideas in a different order, dismiss the first N-1 of them, and conclude that the Nth, whichever it was, must be the answer.
