Toe-touches and squats were modified to ‘reach down, pet cat, go back up’, sit-ups to ‘sit up, check the cat didn’t just sit down behind me again, sit down’, and push-ups to ‘do a few push-ups, give the cat a funny look as she licks my arms, do a few more’...
