I’ve found that wearing reading glasses while working on my regular computer results in some of the benefit listed above. This effectively makes my screen a bit larger and helps me get into a “work context”.
I’m sure that many readers of this already wear glasses, but this was fairly new to me, so it caught me a bit by surprise.
I got a pair of cheap (~$10) +.75 that also reduce blue light. I’m not sure if the blue light part does much, but the amplification helps a bit.
(I’m still waiting for some Big Sur Wifi-direct driver, to use the Quest 2 again)
