It was never much additional revenue. The reason is that Amazon got annoyed at us because of some niche compliance requirement for our Amazon France account, and has decided to block all of our sales until that’s resolved. I think it’s going to be resolved before the end of the year, but man has it been a pain.

Why aren’t the less wrong books available on amazon anymore, even as print on demand. Wouldn’t that be additional revenue?
