Question: how does postrationality and instrumental rationality relate to each other? To me it appears that you are simply arguing for instrumental rationality over epistemic rationality, or am I missing something?
Just to put this in different words, I’d say the idea of a separation between the instrumental and the epistemic (as those terms are used in this context) is a confusion because the two are literally confused (mixed together). I think what you are seeing is perhaps the result of postrationality treating them as unified rather than trying to treat them as separate (even if they inform each other).

Instrumental rationality informs epistemics which then informs instrumental. Which thrn informs epistemics.
And like this all the way down.

Yes
Not speaking for gworley, but I but instrument rationality can be more attainable than epistemic rationality even if it is less valuable.
