Art is nothing significant. A matter of taste, which can be quite odd. Or quite common.
Art is a good decoration, at its best.
I’m going to guess that you’re being downvoted here not because you’re being contrarian, but because you’re stating a contrarian opinion that we’ve heard already, and not adding any evidence or original thought to it.
I would even say, that every attempt to understand the world in an artistic way is the “artistic bias”. Not much better than the “religious bias”.
You can transmit a knowledge through art, however. Or at least, you can try to.
