One questions is “what do you actually name this Holiday?”
I think the unfortunate schelling name is Coviday, which is not very good.
“Day of Distance”
“Inside Day”
“Corona Day”
I think “Resilience Day” captures something important, framing the holiday in a more positive light while acknowledging the hardship. But, it’s a very vague name, and I think it’s kinda antisocial to claim vague, common words as holiday real-estate.
I think “Survival Day” evokes the themes you’re going for
“Social Distancing Day” feels like the most natural name for it to me.
I think just “Distance” or “Inside” is not enough for people to immediately know what it’s a reference to.
“Flatten the Curve Day”
“Lockdown Day”
“Pandemic Resistance Day”
“Distance Resistance Day” (this tickles me but is a bad idea)
I think “Pandemic Day” might actually be fine.
I kinda like “Lockdown Day”, although I’m not sure it emphasizes the right things.
