Corporations (and governments) are not usually regarded as sharing human values by those who consider the question. This brief blog post is a good example. I would certainly argue that the ‘U’ is appropriate; but then I tend to regard ‘UFAI’ as meaning ‘the complement of FAI in mind space’.
Those people are considering a different question, which is, “Do corporations treat humans the way humans treat humans?” Completely different question.
If corporations develop values that resemble those of humans by convergent evolution (which is what I was suggesting), we would expect them to treat humans the way humans treat, say, cattle.
