I downvoted the original post because I think arguing about definitions is boring, and doubly so when it’s about theology. I also didn’t like the format of the post since it just seemed to be an argument with a straw man.
Who’s the strawman, atheist or theist? And, whoever it is, what about them seems unrealistic? What would they be too smart to say?
The problem isn’t what they say, it’s that it’s an argument with a fake opponent. What’s the point?
