How could a single moment of time, change from one time to another?”
And while I agree it does all add up to normality. What I object to is mixing the levels of description: control is fine in normality but control is not okay when discussing world thickness, number of descendants in certain paths, etc. Because these are fixed, you just have no memory of them.
