Thanks for the link, an interesting read but phrases like
“You need to get your spine in the right position and brace it properly”
get me gnashing my teeth these days...
It is muscles that create our posture, that position the spine and other joints, and so we should focus on our muscles for improved posture.
I’ve had a total re-write of this post (I can’t even remember the original title!) so I thought it better to create a new (and hopefully improved) attempt at what I really want to say—here.
