Isn’t the logical extension of Bostrom’s simulation hypothesis that, in any civilization with intelligent life, there will eventually be more AI agents (for example, ChatGPT1000) than organic agents, so any simulation is likely to have been created by an AI agent?
And of AI agents’ sims, if the intention of the AI agent is to understand organic beings, wouldn’t the AI agent be likely to partition itself for the purpose, rather than relying on separate hardware and trying to understand by proxy?
How would this affect the nature (not the probability) of DOOM?
