They also don’t see a very effective way to do so well, they also don’t think it’s the right tool for one.

I think there’s a lot to be learned here, and I’ve been reading for a while that there are plenty of situations where we can benefit from having a lot more effective tools, but that there’s plenty to have to gain from having a little more good tools.
I don’t think it’s helpful to have it be about building the right tool for one. Another point to consider is that perhaps we’ll need to be able to develop a lot of useful tools for actually solving problems, but I think it’s a difficult topic. I think it’s in my interests to try to be a little more concrete/rational/useful as a tool for solving problems before we get to that point.

Your interest in this part of the post was interesting; I think I’d benefit by writing it a lot more if I described what’s in your mind. It seems like you should consider the post something like trying to solve the “How to Solve X” problem.
